I help people optimize their health and deepen their spiritual practice in order to realize their full potential and live their best selves.

A little bit about Alice

Alice's life calling is to serve people through a their journey of realizing their full potential. She is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and draws knowledge from modern science as well as ancient wisdom and traditions. Whether it's through 1:1 sessions or group classes, she teaches people the healing power of whole foods, herbal medicine, meditation, breath work and yoga.

1:1 Nutritional Counselling

Based on detailed analysis of health history, symptoms, blood work and other measures, Alice uncovers the root cause(s) of all health concerns and supports each body's own healing process. The focus is always on the individual as a whole person (mind, body and spirit) and each person's unique health goals. Alice's expertise allows her to draw natural therapies and dietary counselling from functional nutrition, herbal medicine and ancient knowledge such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Group Classes

Alice's primary goal is to help people ultimately take their physical, mental and spiritual health into their own hands so there's a great focus in her practice on EDUCATION and EMPOWERMENT. While 1:1 sessions allow for an in-depth dive and individualized approach to care, it does not allow time and space for extensive education for each client, which is why Alice designs and facilitates group classes on human nutrition and cooking as well as yoga and meditation.

Meditation and Yoga

Because health cannot be isolated into the state of one's physical health, Alice pursued Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance Certified RYT-230 hours & RCYT-105) and currently teaches hatha and vinyasa style yoga, as well as meditation to hold space for people's sadhana, their spiritual practice. In her yoga classes, she encourages a mindful and intentional practice as she combines alignment, intelligent adjustments and freedom of breath to guide through each pose, opening their practice to reach new heights. Currently, she teaches Baby & Me and Family yoga classes in her local community.
